Thank you for choosing Shandong Unite Machinery Co., Ltd. We manufacture high-quality mining and construction equipment. Due to the large size, heavy weight, and often custom-made nature of our machinery, please carefully read our return and exchange policy before purchasing.

1. All sales are final sales (no returns or exchanges accepted). Due to extremely high logistics costs, complex customs clearance procedures, and the special industrial nature of our heavy equipment (such as excavators, drilling rigs, spider cranes), we do not accept any returns or exchanges once the product has been shipped. We strongly recommend that all customers confirm all technical specifications, configurations, and requirements with our sales team before placing an order.
2. Order Cancellation

Before Production/Shipping: If you need to cancel your order before the machine enters the production stage or leaves our factory, please contact us immediately. A cancellation fee may apply depending on the materials prepared.

After shipment: Once the equipment leaves our factory or is en route to the port, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

3. Damaged or defective items upon arrival: Although we conduct rigorous inspections on each machine before shipment (ten strict quality control processes), unforeseen damage may still occur during sea transport. If your machine arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

Please provide clear photos, videos, and a detailed description of the problem.

We do not accept full returns, but we will resolve the issue by providing free replacement parts and online technical support according to our warranty policy.
